What’s more Australian than a whole lamb on the spit served alongside a nice cold Coopers, Australia’s largest Australian & family owned brewery. Coopers will be doing a tap takeover featuring aged Coopers Red Sparkling (unchanged since 1862) Coopers Vintage Ales from 2013, 2015 and 2016 (compare side by side) Brew A IPA, Family Secrets Amber Ale and good old Pale Ale.
Lamb is served up free for anybody who partakes in a nice cold Coopers. There will be no shortcuts taken with the lamb either cooked whole slowly over charcoal and served with salad, crispy potatoes and gravy.
