January 20th – 27th 2017 is going to light up the venues and breweries in Tasmania for what is expected to be the biggest Beer Lovers Week yet!
Mark your calendars because the 2017 Beer Lovers Week is going to rev up the palates of locals and visitors alike.
With the inclusion of Australia Day we are expecting larger crowds than ever with the thirst for Tasmanian beer reaching fever pitch!
There will be plenty of beer lovers around Tasmania with the Esk BeerFest and Hobart BeerFest in the month of January.
From the 19th of September event registrations will be open to venues and breweries. This will form the backbone for our 2017 festival.
Registrations will close at midnight on the 31st of October.
The registration process couldn’t be simpler! We’ll capture a few details to make the promotion of your event easy. With advertising packages available for getting the maximum amount of exposure, Beer Lovers Week will pitch your event to the world – you just make sure the beers are cold (or room temperature should the style guideline suggest) and your venue is geared up!
You can sign-up to use our Beer Lovers Week Events Dashboard with your email address, Facebook, Gmail or Twitter accounts.
Once you have created and submitted an event, you have up until the 31st of October to make changes – this includes uploading new promotion images, changing the time or date and updating the ticket info and what will be printed in the Program Guide!
If you want to get involved but not sure where to start, ask yourself and your team: what do we want out of Beer Lovers Week? A bigger Tuesday night crowd? A launching pad for a new idea? To get your name out among the beer loving community? The possibilities are endless!
Struggling for ideas? Take a look through our previous years to see the types of events that have worked!
If you want to help Beer Lovers Week by becoming a sponsor get in touch with us! We are happy to discuss any ideas you might have.
Event submissions are open to Tasmanian venues only.
If you are collaborating with a venue, the venue must submit the event.
Shared costs are managed at the discretion of the venue and collaborator.
All venues must have an ABN and Public Liability Insurance to cover their event.
